Bow Windows
Bow windows are similar to bay windows in that they have the ability to make a room appear larger. The difference between a bay and a bow, however, is that a bay window usually consists of a large window between two double-hung or casement windows. A bow window, on the other hand, consists of several double hung or casement windows structured together which creates a smooth curve or ‘bow’. For this reason, a bow window has the ability to add more space and light to your room. Bow windows are an elegant way to accent your home and increase its value.
Bow Window Material Types
The most popular of these materials are aluminum, fiberglass and vinyl.
